1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eventrelic ("the Service," "we," "us") at event-relic.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Nature of the Service — Information Only

Eventrelic is an information aggregation and research tool. The Service monitors publicly available news events and presents historical correlations between those events and commodity price movements. All content is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Specifically:

• The Service does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice regulated under applicable financial services law.
• The Service does not constitute research as defined under MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU) or equivalent legislation.
• Eventrelic is not a registered investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, nor a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or FINRA.
• Eventrelic is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom.
• Past correlations between news events and price movements do not guarantee future performance. Historical data is not a reliable indicator of future results.

3. Data Accuracy and Completeness

We strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, but we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information on the Service. Price data, news summaries, and AI-generated classifications may contain errors, omissions, or delays. You use all information at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Use

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are the property of Eventrelic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. News summaries and AI-generated content remain subject to their source terms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Eventrelic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Eventrelic shall not be liable for any losses arising from investment or trading decisions made in reliance on information obtained from the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability — in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventrelic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to or summaries of third-party websites, news sources, and data providers. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content. Access to third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email notification to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the European Union member state in which you reside, or, if no such jurisdiction applies, the courts of Ukraine.
